Terms & Conditions - Monthly subscription
By signing up for our monthly subscription for the Activities Home Kit, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Delivery Method
• Self-Pickup:
You may pick up your kit at our office by booking an appointment in advance.
• Delivery:
Delivery can be arranged through SF Express at the buyer’s expense on arrival.
• Free Shipping:
Free shipping is ONLY available for the Gold Package.
2. Subscription Management
• You have the option to PAUSE your subscription for any month if you know you will be away. You can resume when you return.
• You may CANCEL your subscription at any time.
• Refund Policy:
There are no refunds for subscriptions; however, you may transfer your subscription fee as credit towards our regular sessions, services, or other products.
3. Damaged Items
• If you receive a damaged item due to delivery, please notify us with a photo proof on the SAME DATE you received the item. We will arrange for an exchange of the damaged item at no extra cost.
4. Gifting
• You may gift a subscription to a friend. Please notify us in advance if you wish to do so.
5. Referral Program
• If you refer a friend and they sign up using your name, you will receive a *10% discount* on your next subscription, as well as your friend’s first subscription.
6. Agreement
By completing this form, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to comply with them.
